Cancellation Policy
1.Cancellation request must be sent by email only.no verbal cacellation accepted. call after email.
2.Cancellation before 15 days of check-in date: 75% refund.
3.Cancellation between 15 days to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
4.Cancellation within 7 days of check-in (i.e. 6 days or less before arrival): No refund.
5.Bookings made within 7 days of check-in are strictly non-refundable.
6.No refund in case of: .No-show .Early check-out .Health issues .Train/flight/bus missed .Natural calamities/disasters .Any unforeseen incident or mishappening .Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment mode and bank policies.

Reservation & Stay Policy
.Check-in Time: 11:00 AM .Check-out Time: 10:00 AM irrespective of check-in time.
.Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
.Tariffs, discounts, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
.Taxes will be charged as applicable. .All disputes are subject to Nainital jurisdiction only.
.Guest Identification Policy All adult guests must carry a valid Government Photo ID and Address Proof at the time of check-in. Accepted IDs:
.Aadhaar Card .Passport .PAN Card is not accepted as a valid address proof.

Parking & Pickup Policy

.Guests may load/unload luggage at the common parking area located in front of the hotel.
.After unloading, vehicles will be parked at the hotel’s leased parking area approximately 300 meters away.
.Vehicle parking can be done by: .Hotel driver, or .Self parking by guest .to retrieve the vehicle later, guests are requested to inform reception at least 30 minutes in
