Very good hotel at budgeted price. This hotel is near to the lake. In day time, you may visit Nainital and near by places. In evening, you may go to Mall road and local areas just by walking. Hotel is providing free pick from their car from Mall road. Entire hotel staff was very polite. Food was also good. I will rate 5 out of 5.

The hotel is one of the best family-friendly hotels in Nainital, offering a peaceful environment, beautiful Naini Lake view, and clean, spacious rooms. The staff was extremely polite, well-trained, and helpful, always available whenever we needed assistance. Special thanks to the security team, who ensured complete safety for our family throughout the stay — we felt very comfortable and secure. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless, and the restaurant food was fresh, tasty, and hygienic. The hotel also provides pick-up and drop service from Mall Road, which made our travel very convenient. With ample parking, great service, and beautiful views, this is truly the best budget hotel in Nainital near the lake. Highly recommended for families looking for a safe, clean, and affordable hotel in Nainital with genuine hospitality and warm staff!

We have stayed 3days in hotel and staff are good special recommend to Chandu Bhaiya he is such a humble guy. He done is job tremendously.In location wise very good location must visit from room 306 and 7 it is wonderful city view. But you have compromised on room spaces.

I booked a lake view room at 2.8k for a day. The hotel has a great lake view rooms where you can just sit and relax. Rooms are little small but very clean and comfortable enough. Staff is friendly and services are on time. Food is good. The hotel is located near to lake, bus stand and mall road.you can easily book a tuktuk for naina devi temple. They provide services of pick and drop from bus stand and also provide you guide to travel around in nainital (extra charges for that). Overall, the hotel is recommended for stay.
